1. Service Nature
Priyo Probashi provides Expat services to expatriates. Services may be offered as 'Free Consultation' or 'Paid Professional Assistance'.
2. Communication via WhatsApp
All service inquiries, documentation sharing, and coordination are conducted through WhatsApp. By initiating a chat, you agree to communicate via this platform.
3. Payments for Paid Services
For paid services, payment instructions will be provided exclusively via our official WhatsApp account. Warning: Never make payments to any personal accounts or numbers not verified by our official channel. Priyo Probashi is not responsible for payments made to unauthorized third parties.
4. Limitation of Liability
Priyo Probashi acts as a facilitator. We do not guarantee the final outcome of government processes, visa approvals, or official applications. Our role is to assist in the documentation and procedural guidance.
