2. Global Accessibility Notice
Our application is accessible to users globally. Mention of countries or regions including Saudi Arabia (KSA), UAE, Qatar, Oman, Kuwait, Bahrain, Malaysia, Singapore, and Europe within the app context indicates geographic availability for users worldwide to utilize our platform's independent features, daily life utilities, Islamic tools, and job-seeking resources.
3. Probashi Shop Section (E-commerce Disclosure)
Our app features a curated Shop Section displaying products and digital utilities helpful for expatriates.
- Product Links: The products listed are part of third-party affiliate programs (such as Amazon or similar e-commerce networks). They are not owned or directly sold by Priyo Probashi.
- External Transactions: When you click to buy a product, you are redirected to the respective official platform (e.g., Amazon) to complete the purchase.
- No Payment Collection: Priyo Probashi does not collect, handle, or store your credit card numbers, mobile banking PINs, or shipping address for these purchases. Transactions are governed entirely by the external merchant’s privacy policy.
4. Job Portal Feature (Workers & Employers)
We provide a Two-Way Job Placement Network connecting Bangladeshi expatriate workers with verified hiring companies or employers.
- For Workers / Job Seekers: If you register as a worker or applicant, you may choose to provide professional details (such as skills, trade experience, and contact info). This data is shared directly with registered employers on the platform to facilitate your employment.
- For Companies / Employers: If you register as an employer to post job circulars, we collect your company details, job description, and application instructions. This information is displayed publicly to users looking for work.
- Data Protection: We do not sell or leak your private account credentials to unauthorized third parties or marketing companies. Both parties are expected to use this information solely for genuine employment purposes.

A. Probashi Story (Community Posts)
You may share your experiences and stories with the community. Please note that any content you post (text, photos) is publicly visible to other app users. Avoid sharing personal sensitive information (like phone numbers, addresses, or IDs) in your public posts. We reserve the right to moderate or remove content that violates our Community Guidelines
B. Language Learning
To provide personalized language lessons and track your progress, we store your learning history and quiz performance. This data is linked to your account and is used solely to provide you with a tailored learning experience.
C. Expat Services
Our Expat service facilitates booking assistance. When you request a service, we may collect specific details required to fulfill that service (such as name, contact information, or service preference). This information is used strictly to process your request and provide you a best service.

6. Payment & Transaction Disclosure
Transparency regarding financial transactions is our top priority. Please note the following:
- External Processing: Priyo Probashi does not process, handle, or store any financial payments directly within the application.
- External Handling: All payments related to Maktab services, product purchases, or any professional assistance are conducted and handled entirely through external platforms (e.g., WhatsApp, official payment gateways, or direct bank transfers).
- No Sensitive Data: We do not have access to your credit card numbers, digital wallet PINs, or banking passwords.
- User Responsibility: We strongly advise users to verify our official contact channels before making any payments. Never share your financial credentials with unauthorized individuals or unverified sources claiming to represent Priyo Probashi.
7. Cloud Data Storage & Backup
Logged-in users can securely back up their utility data to our cloud:
- What is Stored: Your Notebook entries, Expense Tracker records, and Job Profile/Posting history are encrypted and stored on our secure cloud server.
- Data Control: You have full control over your data. You can edit or delete your stored notes, expenses, and job posts at any time through the app.
We use secure protocols (HTTPS) to transmit all your personal and professional profile details safely to our private web servers.
8. External Links & Third-Party Government Information
The app provides convenient web views or hyperlinks to official public channels to help expatriates find vital information easily.
- Third-Party Sites: When you access these features, you are navigating directly to public official channels. Priyo Probashi does not generate, own, or alter this content.
- No Sensitive Data Retention: Priyo Probashi does not collect, view, or store any confidential or governmental information you enter on those external websites (such as Passport or Iqama numbers). We encourage checking the privacy guidelines of those respective portals.
9. Location Usage
Location permission (Approximate location) is used only while the app is in use for:
- Showing your current city/country for a personalized experience.
- Calculating accurate prayer times and Qibla direction.
Note: We do not store or track your real-time location history on our servers.
10. Information Collected Automatically
Certain data may be collected through trusted third-party services for app performance:
- Google Firebase: For crash logs and analytics.
- Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM): To send important notifications.
- Google AdMob: To display ads. AdMob may collect device identifiers for personalized advertising.
11. Data Security & Account Deletion
We respect your right to privacy and provide full control over your data in compliance with Google Play Data Deletion requirements.
- In-App Deletion: You can delete your account and all associated data directly from the App Settings.
- Effect of Deletion: Once you delete your account, all your backed-up data (Email, Profile Name, Worker/Employer Profile, Notes, and Expenses) will be permanently removed from our servers instantly and cannot be recovered.
